Die unter einer Isolierschicht verborgene Korrosion kann sich jahrelang unbemerkt entwickeln, und ihre Auswirkungen k\u00f6nnen dramatisch sein - von Anlagenausf\u00e4llen bis hin zu Verlusten in Millionenh\u00f6he in Industrieanlagen. In diesem Artikel erkl\u00e4ren wir, was CUI ist, wie man sie erkennt und - was am wichtigsten ist - wie man sie wirksam verhindert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Was ist CUI und warum ist sie gef\u00e4hrlich?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dabei handelt es sich um ein Korrosionsph\u00e4nomen, das sich unter der Isolierschicht in Bereichen entwickelt, die Feuchtigkeit und Temperaturschwankungen ausgesetzt sind.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Am h\u00e4ufigsten tritt es bei Rohrleitungen und Tanks auf, die bei Temperaturen zwischen -4\u00b0C und +120\u00b0C betrieben werden - also dort, wo die Isolierung sch\u00fctzen sollte, aber zur Problemquelle wird.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Folgen: Metallverschlei\u00df, Lecks, Ausf\u00e4lle, Sicherheitsrisiken und gigantische Reparaturkosten.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Typische Standorte von CUI<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Flansche und Verschraubungen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Biegungen und Reduzierungen, bei denen die Isolierung zahlreiche Schnitte und \u00dcberlappungen aufweist.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durchdringungen von Rohrleitungen durch W\u00e4nde und Bauwerke.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zonen in der N\u00e4he von Ventilen und K\u00e4sten.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stellen, an denen die Isolierung mechanisch besch\u00e4digt oder unsachgem\u00e4\u00df angebracht wurde.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Wie kann man CUI in der Praxis erkennen?<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sichtkontrollen - regelm\u00e4\u00dfige \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung des Zustands der Isolierung und der Schutzschicht.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">W\u00e4rmebildinspektion - Erkennung von Bereichen mit ver\u00e4nderter Temperatur, die auf Feuchtigkeit hindeuten.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NDT (zerst\u00f6rungsfreie Pr\u00fcfung) - Ultraschall, Radiographie zur Beurteilung der Wandst\u00e4rke.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00d6rtliche \u00d6ffnungen in der Isolierung - pr\u00fcfen Sie stichprobenartig die Bereiche, die Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt sind.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kontinuierliche \u00dcberwachung - modernste Feuchte- und Temperatursensorsysteme unter der D\u00e4mmung.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Methoden zur Verhinderung von CUI<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Korrekter Einbau der Isolierung - Einhaltung der \u00dcberlappungen, Verwendung von Dichtungsmitteln, korrekte \u00dcberlappung der Schutzummantelung.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entw\u00e4sserungsl\u00f6cher - an geeigneten Stellen (den tiefsten Punkten der Rohrleitungen) angebracht, damit das Wasser abflie\u00dfen kann.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verwendung von Korrosionsschutzbeschichtungen zum Schutz des Metalls noch vor dem Anbringen der Isolierung.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auswahl geeigneter D\u00e4mmstoffe - z.
