Der Nationale Ausbildungsfonds (KFS) ist eine der am leichtesten zug\u00e4nglichen Quellen f\u00fcr die Finanzierung von Ausbildungsma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr Arbeitgeber in Polen. Im Rahmen eines separaten Teils des Arbeitsfonds bieten die Bezirksarbeits\u00e4mter Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr Unternehmen, die die Qualifikationen ihrer Mitarbeiter oder ihre eigenen verbessern wollen - insbesondere in einer sich wandelnden Wirtschaft.<\/span><\/p>

Die wichtigsten Fakten \u00fcber das KFS<\/span><\/p>

  • KFS ist ein separater Teil des Arbeitsfonds und dient der Finanzierung des lebenslangen Lernens f\u00fcr Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitgeber<\/span><\/li>
  • Mit diesem Mechanismus soll verhindert werden, dass Menschen ihren Arbeitsplatz verlieren, weil ihre Qualifikationen nicht mit den Anforderungen des Marktes \u00fcbereinstimmen.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Jeder Arbeitgeber, der mindestens einen Arbeitnehmer im Rahmen eines Arbeitsvertrags besch\u00e4ftigt, kann KFS-Mittel beantragen.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • F\u00fcr Kleinstunternehmen (mit bis zu 10 Besch\u00e4ftigten) ist eine Subventionierung von bis zu 100% der Ausbildungskosten m\u00f6glich<\/span><\/li>
