W NATALUX since 2005, we have specialised in the training and recruitment of industrial insulators - it is the heart of our business and an area we are committed to developing. With our own Training Centre, we prepare professionals to work on demanding projects at home and abroad, combining practice with European standards.
As a certified Employment Agency (KRAZ 10697), we effectively recruit and second qualified employees for the industrial insulation, Oil & Gas and construction sectors. We offer flexible cooperation models - from employee leasing to full HR and payroll services.
Our added advantage is our own production hall, where we prefabricate the sheet metal components needed for technical insulation work. This provides our customers with comprehensive support - from the preparation of personnel, through the supply of materials, to the execution of insulation work on site.

Our training courses
Since 2018, we have been providing training in the field of INDUSTRIAL INSULATION.
Our many years of experience in the field of technical industrial insulation and construction gave rise to the idea of creating Training Centre, where new enthusiasts of industrial insulation can acquire and expand their knowledge and skills.
Every course in Natalux is an original training programme developed by our trainers based on over 20 years of experience in the industrial insulation industry. It is the result of thousands of hours of work on insulation projects – from workshops, through cooperation with insulators, to field implementations and work with trainees. Our programmes combine practical know-how with the requirements of Polish and international standards (ZSK, PN-B-20105, NORSOK, FROSIO, CINI, EIIF), thanks to which participants gain qualifications that are valued both at home and abroad.
We have been serving the industrial insulation sector since 2018, providing various types of professional training courses for individual clients as well as employers who want to train excellent employees for themselves.

Our services for businesses
NATALUX offers comprehensive services for businesses, specialising in the training and recruitment of industrial insulation fitters since 2005. As a certified Employment Agency, the company successfully recruits and delegates qualified employees to the industrial insulation, Oil & Gas and construction industries, offering flexible cooperation models, including employee leasing and full HR and payroll services.
In addition, NATALUX has its own production hall for the prefabrication of sheet metal elements and provides industrial insulation, modernisation and repair services. The company also offers tailor-made training courses for companies, adapted to their unique needs, as well as technical expertise and FROSIO supervision, providing comprehensive support at every stage of the project.
