NATALUX is a Polish company that has been operating continuously since 2005 on the Polish and European markets.

It all started with the installation

Insulation is our foundation.

It all started with field work – with tools in hand, on scaffolding, in the heat and cold. NATALUX was born out of a passion for reliable workmanship. industrial insulation – heat protection, cold protection, acoustic and fire protection. Over the years, we have gained the trust of customers in Poland and abroad, demonstrating that quality, timeliness and good organisation are not just slogans – they are part of our everyday work. It is on this foundation that we have built a solid, multi-dimensional company that today provides comprehensive support to the industrial sector.

The growing number of orders and customer trust led us to launch our own Employment Agency (KRAZ 10697). With our inside knowledge of the industry, we began to successfully recruit and deploy fitters, panel beaters and technical specialists to projects across Europe. Today, we offer comprehensive HR support – from employee leasing to payroll services – guaranteeing professionals who are ready to go.

Instead of looking for people, we decided to train them.

We do not look for professionals - we create them ourselves.

We knew that the market was not keeping pace with the rate of development. There was a shortage of workers, but above all, there was a lack of solid professional training. That is why NATALUX Training Centre. This is where we train future insulation fitters and sheet metal workers – practically, intensively and in accordance with European standards. With our own staff, our own workshop stations and tailor-made programmes for companies, training is one of our strongest pillars today.

In order to better support our clients and teams, we have expanded our operations with a modern prefabrication hall. We use it to manufacture protective jackets, tees, elbows, boxes and other sheet metal components, perfectly tailored to the project.
