Krzysztof Kudrys
an expert, mentor and trainer whom his students remember forever
Krzysztof is a man who has been working in industrial insulation for over two decades – as a fitter, scaffolder, workshop tinsmith and quantity surveyor. Today, he is not only a trainer and mentor, but also a FROSIO Level III inspector, which gives him authority in the industry.
He has spent thousands of hours in the workshop hall, teaching students step by step the art of insulation and sheet metal work. At the same time, he does not cut himself off from practice – he regularly supervises projects in Poland and Europe, thanks to which he is always up to date with the latest techniques, materials and standards.
Krzysztof is a complete trainer – he has completed a trainer course, which gives him a solid pedagogical background. He is able to teach clearly, effectively and with passion. But what his students emphasise most often is his sense of humour and sharp wit. His witty retorts and funny sayings relieve stress, boost energy and make even difficult topics seem easy. Stanisław Sosna
the heart, mentor and creator of the success of our courses
He has been involved in industrial insulation for over two decades and has completed hundreds of projects in Poland and abroad, working as a fitter, surveyor, workshop technician and foreman.
He is recognised in the industry as a master of his craft – this has been confirmed, among other things, by the Norwegian FAGBREV title and numerous international certificates in the field of offshore safety and technology.
But Mr Stanisław is much more than a technical expert. He is the man who built the Natalux Training Centre from scratch and co-created our proprietary teaching programme. Thanks to his passion, knowledge and intuition, a training system was developed that is now considered one of the most effective in Europe.
His students describe him as „patient, supportive, demanding, but always fair.” He can teach anyone, regardless of age, previous experience or individual difficulties. Thanks to his pedagogical training and enormous empathy, his classes combine professionalism with an extremely friendly atmosphere.
In recent years, he has trained hundreds of people who now work on contracts in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Germany. For many of them, he was their first mentor in the profession – a person who gave them the confidence that they could succeed in a new industry.

17 September 2019 SUS 2.0
For the first time, we received confirmation of passing a certification audit carried out by Dekra Certification Sp. z o.o. . Since then, we have been audited annually to monitor the high quality of our training services based on the implementation of the SUS 2.0 standard.
17 September 2025 SUS 3.0.
We have received a certificate confirming that we have implemented and are effectively implementing the Standard for Training and Development Services of the Polish Chamber of Training Companies SUS 3.0.
Dekra Certification
is an international and objective auditor that confirms that all activities in our company are focused on achieving the highest quality of training.

The courses are aimed at adults who have completed secondary school, vocational school or high school (they do not need to have any technical background) and want to gain new qualifications.
Don't worry, we'll teach you everything step by step.
After completing the courses, participants will be able to take up employment in companies specialising in the installation and removal of industrial insulation in Poland and throughout Europe.
Completing a course, e.g. Industrial Insulation Fitter, is equivalent to acquiring knowledge and skills at a level that prepares you for the profession. We place particular emphasis on practical classes. The aim of our courses is to prepare you for working independently in your profession.
Classes are held in Myszków at 51 Koziegłowska Street. We have everything in one place: a training room and a workshop hall. Find out how to get here.
Our groups are small (up to 10 people) in order to achieve the best learning results. This is due to the specific nature of teaching, which is mainly based on instruction and training.
The courses combine the Polish Qualifications Framework (ZSK, qualification BUD.07) with international industry standards: NORSOK M-004:2018, FROSIO, CINI Manual, EIIF and the Polish standard PN-B-20105:2024-04.

This is the Norwegian standard for insulation in the oil and gas industry. It specifies the selection of materials, insulation thickness, corrosion under insulation (CUI) protection, personnel safety and quality control.
This is an international certification for insulation inspectors.
This is a European handbook of best practices in industrial insulation – it includes design and installation guidelines and performance standards.
European Industrial Insulation Foundation emphasises energy efficiency and TIPCHECK audits, which help reduce energy losses in industry.
Students learn according to standards applicable in Poland and Europe, prepare for journeyman and master craftsman examinations, and acquire skills valued on the international market – from domestic projects to offshore and petrochemicals.
Because they guarantee that we train according to proven requirements applicable in Poland and worldwide – from ZSK and PN-B-20105 after NORSOK, FROSIO, CINI and EIIF. As a result, our students gain qualifications that are valued by employers and are ready to work on the most demanding projects.
Norms and standards are the basis of professional training in the profession of industrial insulation fitter. Thanks to them, our students learn according to uniform and proven rules that apply throughout the industry – from Polish industrial plants to international offshore projects.
W Natalux we operate both as exchange centre, as well as insulation contractor, which is why we understand how important it is for training courses to meet the real demands of the market. For this reason, our programmes are based on:
