Het Nationaal Opleidingsfonds (KFS) is een van de gemakkelijkst toegankelijke financieringsbronnen voor opleidingen voor werkgevers in Polen. Onder een apart onderdeel van het Arbeidsfonds bieden arbeidsbureaus ondersteuning aan bedrijven die de kwalificaties van hun werknemers of die van henzelf willen verbeteren - vooral in een veranderende economie.<\/span><\/p>

Belangrijkste feiten over de KFS<\/span><\/p>

  • KFS is een apart onderdeel van het Arbeidsfonds en wordt gebruikt om levenslang leren voor werknemers en werkgevers te financieren.<\/span><\/li>
  • Het doel van dit mechanisme is om te voorkomen dat mensen hun baan verliezen omdat hun vaardigheden niet aansluiten op de behoeften van de markt.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Elke werkgever die minstens \u00e9\u00e9n werknemer met een arbeidscontract in dienst heeft, kan KFS-fondsen aanvragen.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Voor micro-ondernemingen (met maximaal 10 werknemers) is het mogelijk om tot 100% aan opleidingskosten te subsidi\u00ebren.<\/span><\/li>
  • Voor grotere bedrijven is het typische financieringsniveau 80% van de opleidingskosten, met een eigen bijdrage van 20%.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
  • Er is een limiet aan het maximumbedrag van de financiering: het kan niet meer zijn dan 300% van het gemiddelde salaris in een bepaald jaar per stagiair.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
