Funded training
step by step how it works at Natalux
More and more individuals and companies want to take advantage of vocational courses that open doors to work in Poland and across Europe. At the same time, the cost of training can sometimes be a barrier - especially for smaller companies or individuals. Fortunately, there are a great many training subsidy programmes available in 2025, which cover up to 80-100% of the course costs.
As a company registered in the Development Services Database (BUR) and with many years of experience in the delivery of subsidised courses, Natalux guides participants through the entire process - from choosing a programme to completing the training with a certificate.
Where can funding be obtained from?
- BUR - Development Services Database (PARP)
- The most universal programme in Poland.
- It applies to both companies and individuals.
- Natalux, as a BUR-registered entity, implements courses from this database.
- WUP and PUP - Voivodeship and Poviat Labour Offices
- Funding for the unemployed and employees from the KFS.
- It is possible to cover the course costs in full.
- EU funds and climate programmes
- As part of the Green Deal and EU energy efficiency policy, technical training is prioritised.
