For whom

The training is for industrial insulation fitters preparing for a practical skills check before being hired or starting a new project. It's aimed at both experienced fitters and graduates of vocational courses. Requirements: age 18+, basic knowledge of insulation work or a completed vocational course, and no health contraindications to practical exercises.

Details

We tailor the programme to the scope of the planned test, the type of insulation materials and the participant's skill level. Training scope:

measuring, marking out, cutting and fitting insulation;
installing insulation on pipelines, bends, tees and valves;
working with mineral wool, FEF/Armaflex, PIR/PUR, FOAMGLAS and other materials;
single- and multi-layer insulation;
preparing and installing protective cladding;
work organisation, safety and economical use of materials;
quality control and eliminating installation errors.

The range of exercises is chosen individually to match the requirements of the specific Site Test.

Knowledge gained

Graduates will be better prepared to carry out the practical tasks of Site Tests independently, measure, cut and install precisely, and work to technical documentation and quality requirements.

The price does not include accommodation, travel to the NATALUX Training Centre or the fee for the actual Site Test.
