Natalux a Green Deal
how our courses fit into the energy transition in Europe
Europe today faces a historic challenge - climate neutrality by 2050. The Green Deal, the Fit for 55 package, rising energy efficiency standards and ESG requirements are making the industrial insulation industry strategically important.
It is technical insulation that reduces energy losses, reduces CO₂ emissions and improves the safety of industrial installations. And this means that qualified insulation fitters are one of the most important resources on the labour market today.
Why is insulation crucial in the Green Deal?
- Every uninsulated valve, every pipe without a protective jacket is a real energy loss.
- Insulation reduces losses by up to 90%, directly reducing CO₂ emissions.
- In industry, this is one of the cheapest and fastest paying ways to improve energy efficiency.
- EiiF reports show that full implementation of industrial insulation in Europe would avoid emissions equivalent to the annual energy production of a medium-sized country.
Natalux - training people for the energy transition
- Since 2018, we have been creating and developing a Training Centre for industrial insulation fitters.
- Our courses are based on international standards: NORSOK, PN-B, CINI, FROSIO, EIIF.
- We teach on real materials: PyroGel, PIR, FoamGlass, GRP, mineral wool.
- The courses end with certificates in Polish and English, recognised throughout Europe.
- Natalux trainers are practitioners with over 20 years of experience, including FROSIO Level III certified inspectors.
Funding - access to courses for everyone
- We are listed in the Development Services Database (BUR).
- We help companies and individuals to obtain funding - up to 100% of course costs.
- We have already delivered dozens of subsidised courses for both B2B and B2C clients.
- This allows our trainees to gain the profession of the future without incurring their own full costs.
Advantage for learners and employers
- For trainees: a new profession, stable work, high wages and certificates recognised throughout Europe.
- For employers: a trained workforce ready to work to international standards, easier acquisition of contracts and implementation of ESG requirements.
- For the industry: the answer to a labour shortage, a lack of vocational schools and an ageing workforce.
Natalux is not just a training centre - it is a partner in Europe's energy transition.
By training industrial insulation fitters, we make a real contribution to:
- reducing energy losses,
- CO₂ emissions reduction,
- improving safety in industry,
- fulfilling the objectives of the Green Deal and ESG.
